How can I get in touch with you regarding a business proposal?

Users aged 13 and older are allowed to use OVERDARE.
However, users aged between 13 and 19 must obtain parental consent to access the service.
Accounts of users aged under 13 that are found to be using OVERDARE may be deleted.

At what age can minors start using OVERDARE?

To dispute an account suspension/ban or warning, please contact <a href="https://www.overdare.com/support/inquiry" target="_blank">Customer Service</a> to initiate the dispute.
However, it is not guaranteed that the suspension or ban will be overturned.

How do I dispute an account suspension/ban?

To delete your OVERDARE account, select the Delete Account button on the OVERDARE app or website. If your account has been suspended or banned for a Community Guidelines violation, contact <a href="https://www.overdare.com/support/inquiry" target="_blank">Customer Service </a>to submit an acco unt deletion request.
To have a suspended or banned account deleted, please read the following before making an account deletion request.

Account deletion request requirements:
1. You must be the owner of the OVERDARE account to be deleted.
2. Make the request from the email address used for OVERDARE login.
3. Do not submit any government-issued ID or proof of residence with the request.
4. Complete the request form in English. Your request may not be fulfilled if it is in any language other than English.


Information to be submitted with an account deletion request:

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;a. I understand that the deletion of my OVERDARE account will permanently cease my use of OVERDARE services, and delete all used or created data beyond recovery, and I consent to my OVERDARE account’s deletion.
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;b. Once my OVERDARE account is deleted, I will not be able to receive any more payouts.
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;c. I consent to the deletion or voidance of any remaining OVERDARE digital property, and I consent to relinquishing ownership of such OVERDARE digital property.
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;d. Once my OVERDARE account is deleted, I will not be able to create another OVERDARE account using the same account information for 90 days.
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;e. I understand all of the consequences and responsibilities associated with the deletion of my OVERDARE account, and I consent to my OVERDARE account deletion.

Can I delete my OVERDARE account?

Your account can be suspended if you violate the OVERDARE Community Guidelines. In such a case, you will be notified of the suspension period, and you can start using OVERDARE again once that period ends.
You can contact <a href="https://www.overdare.com/support/inquiry" target="_blank">Customer Service</a> to dispute an account suspension.
However, it is not guaranteed that the suspension will be overturned.&nbsp;

My account is suspended.

If your Google or Apple account has been hacked, please contact Google or Apple support to recover your account, then log in to OVERDARE again.&nbsp;

My account got stolen.

Guest accounts are prone to data deletion, and deleted data can’t be restored.&nbsp;
To have your OVERDARE data saved and use OVERDARE safely, please sign in with Google account or Apple account.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;

I used OVERDARE on a guest account but can’t find my guest account. 

Usernames must be a combination of 1 to 20 characters, including uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, underscores (_), and hyphens (-).
A period of 30 days must pass after your first username change before another change can be made.&nbsp;

What’s the policy on usernames?

If you have trouble signing in, please check to ensure that you are connected to the Internet, and then close and restart the app.
