If you’ve already used the purchased in-app currency and then requested a refund through the Google Play or Apple App Store, this is considered abuse under OVERDARE’s policy. As a result, the account in question will be permanently suspended, and restoring it is extremely difficult.

I requested a refund, but now my account is suspended.

If you’re a minor, your payment may be blocked due to parental controls set on your device or by a related parental control app. Please discuss this with your parents and get their permission before making any purchase.

If the issue is not related to parental restrictions, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Completely close the app, reopen it, and try the payment again.
Step 2: Take a screenshot or record a video of the screen where the problem occurs.
Step 3: Contact the OVERDARE customer support center with your device model, OS version, username, and the attached screenshots or video.

I’m trying to make a payment in the OVERDARE app, but it’s not going through.

Depending on your internet connection, there may be a slight delay.&nbsp;
If more than 30 minutes have passed and the issue persists even after restarting the OVERDARE app, please check the following:

Google Play Store
Locate the order number on your purchase receipt, then contact customer support with both your order number and your OVERDARE ID.
The Google order number can be found on the purchase receipt sent to the Gmail account used for payment. It follows the format: GPA.0000-0000-0000-00000 (17 digits).

Apple App Store
Due to Apple’s policies, developers are unable to view your purchase history or process refunds. If you haven’t received your in-app currency, please contact Apple directly for assistance.

I made a payment in the OVERDARE app, but I haven’t received my BLUC yet.

All sales of paid content related to the app or services, including in-app items and in-app currency, are final. OVERDARE is not obligated to issue any refunds for sales of paid content except as required by applicable laws, as permitted by a third-party platform’s refund policy, or as provided by the in-app currency policy in the rules of conduct.

If a refund is automatically processed through Google Play or the Apple Store and there is evidence that the refunded BLUC was used, the account may be permanently suspended in accordance with our operating policies.
Please note that once an account is suspended, it is very difficult to restore.

Usage of BLUC in the OVERDARE app is considered final and may not be refunded or canceled except where required by law.

Even if the purchased Item is defective, refunds are generally not possible. If you encounter a significant problem with your Item, please provide detailed information to <a href="https://www.overdare.com/support/inquiry" target="_blank">OVERDARE customer support.</a>&nbsp;

Please note that refunds for Item purchases are granted at the discretion of the OVERDARE team, and submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval.

How can I get in touch with you regarding a business proposal?

Users aged 13 and older are allowed to use OVERDARE.
However, users aged between 13 and 19 must obtain parental consent to access the service.
Accounts of users aged under 13 that are found to be using OVERDARE may be deleted.

At what age can minors start using OVERDARE?

If your Google or Apple account has been hacked, please contact Google or Apple support to recover your account, then log in to OVERDARE again.&nbsp;

My account got stolen.

Usernames must be a combination of 1 to 20 characters, including uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, underscores (_), and hyphens (-).
A period of 30 days must pass after your first username change before another change can be made.&nbsp;

Guest accounts are prone to data deletion, and deleted data can’t be restored.&nbsp;
To have your OVERDARE data saved and use OVERDARE safely, please sign in with your Google or Apple account.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;

I used OVERDARE on a guest account but can’t find my guest account. 

Your account can be suspended if you violate the OVERDARE Community Guidelines. If that happens, you will be notified of the suspension period, and you can start using OVERDARE again once that period ends.
You can contact <a href="https://www.overdare.com/support/inquiry" target="_blank">Customer Service</a> to dispute an account suspension.
However, it is not guaranteed that the suspension will be overturned.&nbsp;

To delete your OVERDARE account, select the Delete Account button on the OVERDARE app or website. If your account has been suspended or banned for a Community Guidelines violation, contact <a href="https://www.overdare.com/support/inquiry" target="_blank">Customer Service </a>to submit an account deletion request.
To have a suspended or banned account deleted, please read the following before making an account deletion request.

Account deletion request requirements:
1. You must be the owner of the OVERDARE account to be deleted.
2. Make the request from the email address used for OVERDARE login.
3. Do not submit any government-issued ID or proof of residence with the request.
4. Complete the request form in English. Your request may not be fulfilled if it is in any language other than English.
